Background

In more than 25 years of assessing and short-listing candidates, we have assisted with the staffing of thousands of positions for experts, managers and apprentices – ranging from entry-level positions to C-suite management. We have analysed positions and tasks, derived job descriptions and requirements profiles, prepared personal performance profiles and conducted assessments of candidates on all five continents. On the basis of this diverse experience and current insights from the fields of psychology, occupational sciences and management science, we have formulated criteria to describe and distinguish positions and tasks.
